Why I started in this business 

My passion for real estate started when I purchased my first home in Elk Grove at the age of 20. I saved my pennies and I spent a year looking at homes every weekend. I was able to take advantage of flexible FHA guidelines to obtain a mortgage payment that was cheaper than market rent... Much like the current Elk Grove Real Estate Market!

Over the years I have completed various flip projects and purchased and managed my own rental properties.

For several years I worked as a loan officer before I moved back to the real estate side of the house. Although I am thrilled to have moved on from the mortgage business... That experience has proven priceless in our current market! 

My passion is to be out in the streets looking for deals. I love the hunt, negotiation, and the anticipation of the accepted offer! The best part is when you find the perfect house for your client and their face lights up the minute they walk through the door... I love that! 

Over the years I have come to understand the many fears and frustrations people have when purchasing their next home. Many of which, I experienced first-hand as a consumer myself, before becoming a Realtor.  

My job is to help you make a successful purchase or sale of your next home or investment property. The market is tough right now! You need someone on your side who knows what they are doing and can protect your interests throughout the process.

When you buy or sell a home there are many things that can go wrong during the process. The days of the "perfect home purchase" are over frankly! Deals are tougher to put together and keep together... Financing is challenging to say the least... And some days dealing with asset managers and short sale negotiators can drive one crazy!

My job is to be your buffer zone and orchestrate the smoothest transaction possible in our current market. I will treat your transaction as if it were my money on the line and I will make sure you are protected throughout the process.

  My job is to help you get clarity about your home or investment purchase goals, then help you achieve them. I take the time upfront to get to know you and understand your needs before we ever get in my car and look at homes. This way we spend our time looking at homes that you will want to make offers on.
  

• You will have a "watch dog" on your side!
  Throughout the home buying process, my job is to make sure you are protected as possible at all times. I can't guarantee we will not have a hiccup or two... but I can tell you I will do everything I can to keep you in the safe zone!
  
  
• You will have ample communication from me!
  My job is to keep you informed about what is going on with your real estate transaction. I am also in charge of insuring that all parties are performing based on our contract terms. You will be frequently updated as to the status of your offer or escrow.
