Why I started in this business 

My journey in the real estate business started several years back when my husband and I began investing in Sacramento real estate. Completeing varius flip projects and acquiring and managing multi-family units, gave us the experience we needed to help other people do the same.

I worked in the mortgage industry for 5 years before I moved back to the real estate side of the house. Although I am thrilled to have moved on from the mortgage business... It gave me an extra level of experience I bring to my client's transactions.  

My passion is to be out in the streets looking for deals. I love the hunt, negotiation, and the anticipation of the accepted offer! I love when you realize what a great deal you have discovered and chills go through your veins!

When I am not out selling real estate, I co-facilitated a local Sacramento Real Estate Investment Club to offer an environment for folks to learn about investing. We have also have hosted several Sacramento Investor Boot Camps to get folks out into the streets to learn how to get deals in our current market.

Over the years I have come to understand the many fears and frustrations people have when purchasing their next home. Many of which, I experienced first-hand as a consumer myself, before becoming a Realtor.

Our society and economy are feeling the impact, across the board, of what happens when common sense gets chucked out the door because the "good life" really was too good to be true. This led us to where we are today.

My job is to get you into a solid investment (whether you will live in it our not), that's a good buy, using a stable loan product, and at a payment you can afford. We will discuss your long term goals so that I can help monitor your progress.

• You will have a game plan before you we go look at homes!
  My job is to help you get clarity about your home or investment purchase goals, then help you achieve them. I take the time upfront to get to know you and understand your needs before we ever get in my car and look at homes. This way we spend our time looking at homes that you will want to make offers on.
  

• You will have a "watch dog" on your side!
  Throughout the home buying process, my job is to make sure you are protected as possible at all times. I can't guarantee we will not have a hiccup or two... but I can tell you I will do everything I can to keep you in the safe zone!
  
  
• You will have ample communication from me!
  My job is to keep you informed about what is going on with your real estate transaction. I am also in charge of insuring that all parties are performing based on our contract terms. You will be frequently updated as to the status of your offer or escrow.
