Our Sacramento mortgage clients received his keys last week for his first home!

Ben purchased a cute 3 bedroom/2bathroom Sacramento home that just needs a little elbow grease and some paint. It comes complete with hard wood floors, a man cave, and an air conditioned tool shed!

It is an older location in South Sacramento, but most homes are beautifully maintained. The Neighborhood Watch is in full force in this area and has managed to stake their claim from other somewhat "shady" areas.
