I was recently referred a client who wanted to bring their investment dollars to Sacramento! My clients were looking for a safe investment that would be low maintenance for them.
I was able to get Ralph and Cyndy into a condo unit in Roseville for $10,000 off the listing price. Fortunately my clients paid cash, so they were able to get a great price on the 3 bedroom unit. It was nice how excited they were that within 7 days I had them in escrow.
Escrow closed on Friday and by Saturday they had 12 prospective tenants coming to look at the unit. By the end of the weekend they has their new tenant and a 2 year lease! The unit just needed light cleaning and it was rent ready. This condo is going to provide them cash flow and the return on investment my clients were seeking in Sacramento.
