This Elk Grove Short Sale is officially on the market and is ready for a new buyer! I recently met with the seller to discuss their options for selling their home.

After our consultation, they realized doing a short sale was their best options.  We signed the listing agreement and have our complete short sale package ready. Now it's time for me to roll up my sleeves and get this house sold!
