Fortunately we have exceeded our current appraisers limit and are now seeking to build relationships with good appraisers in our area.
We are looking to expand our relationships with local appraisers.
Here are some characteristics we are looking for in an appraiser:
- Provide solid values and reports
- Must be able to consistently provide quick-turn times.
- Needs to be FHA approved
- Must have Metrolist lockbox access
- Work full time as an appraiser
- Provide references if requested
- Service Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, and Yolo Counties
